Jean Candiotte is an award-winning Creative Executive, Writer, and Producer in broadcast and digital TV.
Jean is currently based in New York. Prior to this she was in Dubai, U.A.E., where she worked as Creative Director at OSN TV Network. Recent projects include developing 360-degree campaigns for the Oscars, and the launches of TV channels including HBO and Comedy Central, and the regional version of the iconic show Saturday Night Live.
Previously Jean was Creative Director | Head of East Coast at MOPED Productions in New York. There she lead projects for big brands including Bravo TV, AOL, and Gilt.com, as well as for governmental organizations and non-profits, including the CDC and the American Cancer Society.
Prior to this, Jean was Senior Vice President | Editorial and Creative Director at Oxygen Media, where she developed the brand voice and oversaw on air promotion, digital, and short form content. Her work at Oxygen received an Emmy nomination, and many other industry awards.
Jean also lived and worked in the Far East for 5 years, where she developed creative for News Corp's STAR TV, the MGM Gold Movie Network, and the National Geographic Channel.
She started her career as a Writer, Producer, and Director for various companies in New York including MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, and Grey Group. She has supervised shoots with a wide array of talent, including Oprah Winfrey and Meryl Streep.
Jean's work has received multiple Emmy nominations and honors including the Gracie Allen, New York Festival, CINE, Promax, BDA, Telly, and Parents’ Choice Awards.
Jean is a member of PROMAX/BDA, and the Producers Guild of America.
